My love of sledding fueled the inspiration to build a lodge for sledders. The great room boasts an 18-foot ceiling, the biggest leather sectional I could find, surround-sound and a poker table for the gamers in the crowd. All this in 5000 square feet of one-fantastic-log-building set on 5 acres of gorgeous & private mountain setting with plenty of parking for the big rigs. I commissioned a local log artisan, Dale Mintz, to build the giant log beds for all the rooms, 2 in each; that’s all that would fit!
